Our commitment
Hearstead is intended for people navigating hearing questions, including older adults, family members, and people using assistive technology. Accessibility is part of the product.
Current approach
Hearstead aims for readable contrast, keyboard-accessible controls, clear focus states, plain language, responsive layouts, predictable navigation, captions or alternatives where appropriate, and compatibility with assistive technology where practical.
Feedback
If something on the site is difficult to use, contact hello@hearstead.com and include accessibility in your message. If possible, tell us the page, device, browser, assistive technology, and issue you encountered.
Response
We will review accessibility feedback and make reasonable efforts to provide the information, support, or remediation needed to use Hearstead's public ecommerce services.
