Warranty and Manufacturer Support

Manufacturer warranty controls
Many products may include a manufacturer's limited warranty. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not by Hearstead, unless Hearstead expressly states otherwise in writing.
Warranty terms, coverage periods, exclusions, proof-of-purchase requirements, transferability, repair options, replacement options, service procedures, and claim outcomes are controlled by the applicable manufacturer warranty and applicable law.
Hearstead's support role
Hearstead can help you understand available product information, find warranty materials when available, provide proof-of-purchase information from your Hearstead order, and route support questions to the appropriate next step.
Hearstead does not control manufacturer, supplier, repair, replacement, or warranty decisions unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
Return window versus warranty
A return window is not the same thing as a warranty period. A product may be outside Hearstead's return window but still have manufacturer warranty coverage, or it may have return eligibility without a broad manufacturer warranty.
Product pages should identify known return and warranty information where available, but the manufacturer's written warranty controls warranty coverage.
Warranty support requests
To request warranty support help, contact hello@hearstead.com with your Hearstead order number, the product and serial number if available, a description of the issue, when the issue started, and photos, screenshots, or troubleshooting history if requested.
We may ask for more information before routing or reviewing a warranty issue.
No expanded warranty promise
Any warranty summary Hearstead provides is for convenience and may be incomplete. You should review the manufacturer's warranty terms, product manual, packaging, and instructions.
Hearstead does not expand, modify, or guarantee manufacturer warranty coverage unless we expressly state that in writing.
