Depending on how you use Hearstead, we may collect identifiers, contact information, order information, shipping and billing information, payment metadata, commercial information, support/RMA/warranty records, internet or device activity, communications, and information you voluntarily provide through Connect, Cathy, Product Expert, support, or order flows.

Purposes

We use this information to operate the site, process orders, provide support, fulfill and ship products, calculate taxes and shipping, handle returns/refunds/warranty requests, communicate with you, protect the service, maintain records, comply with law, and improve Hearstead.

Sale or sharing

Hearstead does not sell personal information. Hearstead also does not use submitted Connect form details or hearing-screen answers for cross-context behavioral advertising or analytics event tracking.

California rights

California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and limit certain uses of personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing where applicable.
